Return & Refund Policy

At Malbreze Spices, we are committed to delivering premium-quality authentic spices with utmost freshness and care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or tampered.

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Package is missing items.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Products must remain unused and in original packaging for verification purposes.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened spice packs

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Customized or bulk wholesale orders

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or

  • Replacement products may be shipped based on customer preference and product availability.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
